We are looking for a reliable leader to serve as our After-Hours Field Manager, supporting all sites across Victoria, BC.


Regular Hours: 1800-200

Wage: $24-27.50/hour


Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage field operations in close coordination with Paladin 24 hour Operations Center and Mobile Division resources
  • Exercise high levels of initiative, sound judgement, leadership, excellent communication, and customer service skills, as well as organizational and problem- solving abilities.
  • Assist and cooperate with Mobile Supervisors
  • Fulfill tasks delegated by Client Service Managers and Security Programs Managers and provide informative feedback and recommendations in regards to the site operations
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling Department to ensure all our ongoing staffing needs are met with appropriately trained security officers
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Static and Mobile Security Officers
    Apply appropriate corrective and disciplinary action when required
  • Ensure that Security Officers in the field have full understanding of required duties and appropriate training to provide highest level of customer service to our clients based on company objectives and our contractual obligations
  • Conduct preliminary investigations
  • Set up and provide logistical support for short term contracts (specials)

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Proof of a clean drivers abstract going back a minimum of five years
  • Able to pass a criminal record search to obtain a security licence
  • Previous supervisory/management experience
  • Experience with Paladin Mobile Division is an asset
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
  • Strong ability to multitask and exercise good judgement in intense environment
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in team work environment
  • Ability to work extended hours and additional shifts when required

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid BC Security Licence
Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
