Provide outstanding customer service – internally to our staff and externally to clients. Support mobile and field staff to successfully complete their duties, dispatch alarms, assist with scheduling and other duties.
· Must be flexible with all shift’s weekends, evenings, and holidays
· Ability to lead and work in a team environment during high pressure situations
· Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the right candidate will be able to think critically, act quickly, and prioritize effectively in this highly administrative role
· Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask are required for this position
· Working independently in a demanding environment while maintaining a calm disposition
· Excellent customer service skills
· Perform and monitor dispatch duties; excellent phone communication, scheduling employees, taking short-notice service requests, responding to questions, and initiating appropriate responses to requests
· Complete a variety of complex and detail-oriented administrative tasks in support operations
· Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports both internally and externally
· Maintain accurate and organized electronic file systems and operational equipment inventories
· Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner
· Follow-up with and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization with the highest level of customer service
· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, procedures, and investigations
· Other duties as assigned
