Paladin is proud to support FIFA 2026 events across Vancouver, and we are excited to offer our internal team the opportunity to step into Event Security Supervisor roles at practice fields and related event locations. This is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience and be part of one of the major global events while supporting our security teams and delivering safe, well-organized operations.

Shifts are expected to run from May through July 2026. We will have a variety of day, afternoon, and overnight shifts available on both full-time and part-time basis.

Pay rates can range from $28-30/hour based on venue and duties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year of work experience in the security industry
• Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience
• Prior event security experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• AST and OFA2 are an asset
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-attendance environments 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support event security guards at assigned locations
• Conduct pre-event briefings and assign staff duties
• Monitor crowd behavior, safety risks, and access control points
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Conduct patrols of event areas and restricted zones
• Coordinate with site management, police, and emergency services
• Complete incident reports, activity logs, and post-event documentation
