To aid you on your career journeys with us, we will be hosting the next installment of our Leadership Development Day at our Edmonton office on Thursday, October 22th, 2026. This one-day event has been designed to support each of you on your path to growth within the company, while providing a better understanding of what is required to “take the next step” in your careers with us. We will be selecting deserving candidates from our branch based on their individual merit, past performance, and their potential to succeed in future leadership roles with Paladin. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate and solving complex problems. 

• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, including delivering presentations to groups. 

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all situations. 

• Excellent customer service and observation skills. 

• Strong Knowledge of Access Control, Fire Control, CCTV and other site related systems. 

• Basic computer proficiency. 

• Good report writing and note-taking skills. 

• Ability to Multi-task and remain calm under pressure. 

• Possess a valid Security License.
