Job Skills / Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls including afterhours calls
  • Escalate calls to management as required
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to Guardteck personnel on duty, including, but not limited to
  • Coordinating additional coverage/mobilizing additional resources when necessary
  • Coordinating regular coverage as required
  • First point of contact for all scheduling-related matters after-hours
  • Receive book-offs for illness, injury, and/or other attendance issues
  • Schedule replacement coverage as required
  • Arrange additional coverage as requested or required
  • Monitor the TeamTime check-ins from personnel in the field and respond accordingly using available resources, i.e., mobile patrol
  • Receive alarm calls from client monitoring stations and dispatch accordingly
  • Monitor alarm systems and dispatch appropriately
  • Prepare a daily report of all activity:
    • Incoming calls
    • Outgoing dispatches
    • Scheduling-related activities
    • Missed periodic check-ins
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player;
  • Honesty, discipline, and commitment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times;
  • Minimum one year of security industry experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Fluency with MS Office, WinTeam, Lighthouse, and Report Exec
  • Scheduling operations
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control systems
