We’re seeking a Security Solutions Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this dynamic outside sales role, you’ll be the face of our company within your region — developing strategic client relationships, crafting tailored security solutions, and driving business growth within a defined territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Your Pipeline: Proactively identify and prospect new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Sell Smart: Conduct on-site assessments, identify pain points, and design custom solutions using cutting-edge security technology and highly trained security personnel.
  • Present Like a Pro: Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations to executives, facility managers, and key decision-makers, showcasing the ROI of your proposed solutions.
  • Own the Sale: Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and quoting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Stay Engaged: Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Continue as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and evolve their security programs over time.
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies. Use this knowledge to differentiate and elevate your proposals.
  • Report & Strategize: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and work closely with sales leadership to refine your territory strategy.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in security services or related tech (CCTV, access control, alarms).
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities — you can translate technical concepts into real-world value.
  • A customer-first mindset with the drive to build lasting, trust-based relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit — you own your results and love the freedom of managing your territory.
  • Bonus points for industry certifications or security-related training.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to incentivize results achieved. This includes a base salary commensurate with experience, a multiyear commission structure, and the choice of one of two performance based incentive packages to boost and maximize first year earnings, along with participation in the President’s Club program. The uncapped recurring commission plan applies to all sales and is paid monthly.  Over consecutive years commission compounds to create a sustained residual income stream. On average, hitting targets should put your On-Target Earnings (OTE) around $125,000 in the first year, with uncapped upside and strong residuals in subsequent years with Second Year OTE of $175,000+.  We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and ongoing training/professional development opportunities.
