Job Skills / Requirements

ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Supervisor

Location: Pittsburgh - Campbells Run Road/Airport area

Schedule: Full-Time (set schedule)

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Do you hold a current ACT 235 and ACT 67 (NASRO) certification and take pride in your professionalism?

We’re looking for a reliable and observant Armed Security Supervisor to join our Pittsburgh-based team. This role offers a consistent, full-time schedule, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to protect and serve in a highly visible position.

What You’ll Do:

• Patrol assigned interior/exterior areas
• Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents in line with company policy and use-of-force guidelines
• Write detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs (DARs)
• Enforce site policies, post orders, and client rules
• Support customer service needs at front desks, loading docks, or other key locations
• Stay informed on site-specific emergency protocols

What You Need:

• Current ACT 235 certification
• ACT 67 (NASRO) preferred
• Personal firearm, level 2+ holster, and duty belt
• License to carry
• Security supervisor experience
• School security experience preferred 
• Ability to interact with and secure staff and students daily 
• Ability to monitor CCTV cameras and conduct security rounds
• Ability to stand and walk, as well as staff a desk and phone
• Strong written communication for report writing
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must be flexible with schedule and hours. This is a 24/7/365 facility. This will be a set hours/days position.

Bonus If You Have:

• Military background or relevant college education
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required for the post)
