Job Title: Corporate Security Officer

Location: Financial District | New York, NY

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour | Based on experience

Schedule: Open Availability Required | Rotating schedule | Shifts change week to week

Position Overview

We are seeking professional and dependable Corporate Security Officers to support a high-profile corporate building in the Financial District. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and verify credentials for employees and visitors
• Provide lobby/reception security and customer service
• Conduct routine patrols of the building and surrounding areas
• Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures
• Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain a professional presence at all times

Requirements

• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Open availability | Must be able to work rotating schedules that change week to week

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate, commercial, or financial institution security
• Customer service or concierge experience
• Experience with access control systems and report writing
