Retail Security Officer – Luxury Retail

Location: Las Vegas Strip, Nevada

Compensation: $23.00 per hour (approximately 32.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift:Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PMSunday: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Security Officer to support a distinguished retail environment on the Las Vegas Strip. This role reflects the same principles found in fine watchmaking: precision, discipline, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Security here is not simply a function—it is a craft. Your presence should be measured, intentional, and seamlessly integrated into the client experience. Every action is deliberate. Every detail matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a composed, controlled, and highly professional security presence
• Deliver refined, concierge-level service with precision and discretion
• Observe the environment with heightened awareness and attention to subtle detail
• Anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact the client experience
• Respond to incidents with calm authority and sound judgment
• Enforce policies and procedures with consistency and professionalism
• Produce clear, accurate, and thorough documentation
• Uphold exacting standards of grooming and presentation

Requirements

• Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury or high-end retail security
• Strong communication skills with a measured, professional approach
• Ability to remain composed in a high-expectation, client-facing environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods while maintaining focus
• A disciplined mindset with a commitment to precision and excellence
