Retail Security Officer – Luxury Boutique

Location: Las Vegas Strip, Nevada

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (approximately 12.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Part-Time

Shift:Monday – Tuesday3:00 PM – 9:15 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Security Officer to support an exceptional boutique environment on the Las Vegas Strip. This role is defined by discretion, attentiveness, and a refined approach to service.

In a setting where every detail matters, security is seamlessly integrated into the client experience. You will contribute to an atmosphere that is calm, secure, and welcoming—ensuring clients feel both valued and at ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a composed, professional, and discreet security presence
• Provide a warm, service-oriented approach aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Observe and assess the environment with a high level of awareness and attention to detail
• Support loss prevention efforts with subtlety and care
• Respond to incidents with professionalism, calmness, and efficiency
• Uphold all client policies and procedures with discretion
• Complete clear and accurate reports as required
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards

Requirements

• Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury or high-end retail security
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, courteous demeanor
• Ability to remain poised in a client-facing, detail-driven environment
• Capacity to stand for extended periods while maintaining attentiveness
• A service-driven mindset with an appreciation for refined environments
