Luxury HOA Unarmed Security Officer – Part-Time (Las Vegas, NV)

We are seeking a polished, professional Unarmed Security Officer to serve at a prestigious luxury HOA community in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service and understand the expectations of an upscale residential environment.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $20.47 per hour
  • Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week)
  • Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff a gated entry and provide controlled access for residents and guests
  • Deliver a white-glove customer service experience at all times
  • Verify visitor credentials and manage guest lists with accuracy and discretion
  • Maintain a secure, calm, and welcoming environment
  • Serve as a visible, professional presence representing the community

Qualifications:

  • Active Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card (required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of HOA gatehouse experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end community
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Reliable transportation

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Proven track record of reliability and professionalism
