Position Title: Residential Access Control Officer

Location: Downtown Boston, MA

We are currently accepting internal incumbent applications for the position of Residential Access Control Officer at a contemporary high-rise residential property located in one of Boston’s premier downtown neighborhoods. This site is conveniently accessible via major MBTA public transportation lines.

Available Shifts

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, including weekend coverage.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities

  • Monitor access control and manage resident/visitor entry procedures
  • Conduct visitor vetting and perform front desk operations
  • Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems
  • Complete interior and exterior walking patrols
  • Deliver professional customer service to residents and guests
  • Maintain accurate reports, logs, and shift communications

Qualifications

  • Prior security experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a residential setting
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to perform walking patrols throughout the shift
