Internal Incumbents Only – Security Officer

Atlanta, GA | Midtown Class A Office Property

Part-Time & Full-Time | All Shifts Available | $19.00/hour

We are seeking experienced Security Officers for a premier two-building Class A office property located in Atlanta's highly desirable Midtown market. This prestigious property features a diverse tenant base and first-class amenities, requiring security professionals who demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Position Requirements:

• Prior security experience required
• Experience in corporate office, residential, or Class A environments strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to interact effectively with tenants, visitors, and property management
• Must successfully pass a background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, and staff
• Monitor property access and conduct routine patrols
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service while serving as a visible security presence
• Enforce property rules and security procedures
