INTERNAL INCUMBENT OPPORTUNITY – SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Schedule: All Days & Shifts Available

Position Type: Internal Incumbents Only

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Security Officers for a prestigious 5-star, Class A premium office building in Dallas. This is a high-end professional environment where officers will provide a concierge-style security presence while delivering exceptional service to employees, tenants, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will represent the company and client with the highest level of professionalism, appearance, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming, and highly visible security presence.
• Perform concierge-style security and customer service duties.
• Monitor and control access to the property in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist tenants, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct patrols and respond appropriately to security and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the client, property management, tenants, visitors, and fellow officers.
• Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Current Texas Level II Security Guard Card required.
• Previous security experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to interact confidently and courteously with tenants, executives, visitors, and property personnel.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a premium Class A office environment.
