Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and highly professional Security Officers for a premier Class A mixed-use complex featuring a professional office building environment in Atlanta, GA.

This position is ideal for current employees who take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent customer service, and consistently maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Security Officers will be expected to maintain a visible, professional presence while helping provide a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, employees, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
• Monitor assigned areas, access points, and building activity.
• Conduct patrols and maintain awareness of activity throughout the facility.
• Assist tenants, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, concerns, and security-related situations.
• Follow established post orders, procedures, and client expectations.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance, communication, dependability, and overall professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain alert, observant, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with tenants, visitors, management, and coworkers.
• Strong commitment to following procedures and maintaining client expectations.
