JOB DUTIES
- Specific Job Duties vary based on the job!
- General Cleaning Services includes: Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, spray and wipe, spot clean.
- May involve cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, offices, etc.
- Floor care maintenance includes: Scrub and rinse, strip and wax, shampoo, extraction, pressure washing and more.
- Day Porter & Special Services may include: Pressure washing, snow shoveling, spreading ice melt, picking up outside litter etc.
- Building Maintenance may include: Painting, patching, repairing or replacing lights, fixtures, switches, drains, clogs, leaks etc.
- Other related tasks as may also be assigned.
