Rate of Pay: $19.25

Job Summary

The Continuous Quality Improvement and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for the collection of data, generation of related reports, assisting with research and providing administrative support of activities as appropriate.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with generating reports as assigned, including regular monthly or quarterly reports, ad hoc or special requests and annual surveys and reports.
  • Assist with the completion of CEDARS case record reviews, CQI generated surveys, and relevant projects/assignments.
  • Provide administrative support to CQI groups and participate as a member at group meetings as required.
  • Be knowledgeable of CEDARS client information management systems and provide support, as necessary.
  • Perform data entry for a variety of databases.
  • Assist with researching best practices to enhance service delivery and explore new funding and grant opportunities.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned.
  • Provide back-up support to the Admissions process by answering the intake calls, gathering information, processing referrals, and contacting appropriate people within a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of CEDARS.

 

Job Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant data and project management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Excel and Client Information Management Systems.
  • A genuine interest in and concern for all youth and families.
  • Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the clients and families CEDARS serves.
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of people and effectively respond to identified needs.
  • Ability to assess the needs of youth and families and determine the most appropriate plan of service.
  • Valid Nebraska driver’s license, a good driving record.
