Job Summary
Fill-Finish and Mid-Scale Support Technicians are responsible for assisting with various cleaning tasks as assigned by their supervisor to ensure a clean and healthy work environment for all employees and customers. Cleaning performed in this setting requires specific training and SOPs per customer requirements to meet regulatory standards.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Unboxing of Raw materials, disposing of packaging materials, transportation of raw materials to designated process/cleanroom areas.
- Performs specialized cleaning in designated areas per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining Gowning inventory and supply.
- Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, disinfecting, and dusting designated areas such as hallways, rooms, workstations, etc.
- Cleaning and polishing of Stainless-steel surfaces and barricades within designated areas.
- Documentation of performed tasks.
- Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities.
- You must be able to wear additional clothing (jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask)
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures
- Maintain company standards and programs for safety and security
- Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Integrity and ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Computer Literacy and Proficiency is required to complete training.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
- Ability to retain any given instructions
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to traverse work site and transport equipment used for completing job functions
- Ability to position self to reach areas both below waist level to the floor and above their head
- Ability to effectively communicate with management and coworkers
- Ability to detect, observe, and inspect work areas to identify potential opportunities and concerns.
- Ability to transport up to 50lbs through work site as needed
- Ability to handle exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other potential irritants
- Must meet minimum age requirements
